To support UK sales manager to identify specific sales development, motivate and challenge to ensure social sales team company KPI are consistently achieved.
Lead by example in achieving personal monthly targets.
Help motivate, support, and encourage the team to meet and exceed targets though daily team chats, feedback & praise and to ensure they are engaged daily and aware of daily targets.
To monitor & have control over sales calls, identify bookings, ensure sales process are being followed, call backs & follow up are actioned.
Daily feedback on enquiries & on conversions, interact into sales conversations, provide consistent feedback to support the team.
Provide feedback to support the Sales Manager.
To assist in conducting monthly reviews and development plans for any under performers to achieve the following month, also plans for those achieving to continue to grow and identify any succession goals.
Ensure workload and prioritise across the team and demonstrating strong leadership and behaviours.
Display strong product knowledge of offers campaigns and adverts ensuring sales team are all fully briefed.
Demonstrates a commitment to the delivery of the company values.
Identifying efficiencies and improved procedures and processes where required.
Needs to demonstrate a desire, passion, determination, and full commitment to achieve own goals.
To perform additional duties appropriate to job role as and when required.

Proven track record of leading, developing, motivating and managing a team to drive sales and maximise opportunities.
A passion for selling all holidays with a minimum of 2 years recent experience of general travel sales.
Demonstrable record of achieving KPI’s, with the ability to sell confidently and turn enquiries into sales.
Exceptional customer services skills with experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Ability to create, maintain a positive working environment, and maximise the abilities of a multi-disciplined team.
Excellent telephone manner and listening skills with the ability to anticipate customers’ needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell the benefits of all holiday destinations over the telephone.
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management.
Flexibility in approach to working tasks with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent planning and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to use Microsoft packages – e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Ideally to be able to demonstrate completion of online training programmes.
