Senior PPC Executive

Fully Remote (UK Based)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior PPC Executive to join our growing team. This is a remote or hybrid  role based in the UK. This a full time role based on 40 hours per week (flexible to meet the needs of the business).

Role Summary

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of our paid search campaigns across the various search engines predominately through Google & Bing. Managing and executing the PPC strategy, ensuring positive performance in line with the companies targets and objectives. Liaising with the product, commercial and marketing teams to seek optimum performance with accurate data reporting.

Conduct keyword research and build out targeted campaigns/ad groups to maximise relevance and improve ad quality.
Undertake required analysis and A/B testing to identify relevant and strong keyword searches to optimise campaign success.
Regularly auditing PPC accounts, optimising the campaigns through ad copy and keyword analysis, implementing a test and learn strategy to identify new opportunities.
Bid optimisation to maximise impressions while maintaining strong ROAS.
Provide regular reporting to the Marketing Manager on the performance of PPC campaigns, including traffic, CPA, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
Manage and monitor spend across campaigns to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
Analyse, monitor and report on competitors PPC campaigns including keywords being targeted and make recommendations based on industry trends.
Identify opportunities for growth across new and existing campaign types and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop new ideas and strategies.
Ensure all ad copy is in line with the brand guidelines and wider business messaging.
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding new product development and online strategy.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve and innovate the paid search program.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) creating and optimising multiple PPC campaigns.
Sound understanding of all Paid Media elements, including campaign planning, implementing, managing, and reporting.
Previous experience within the travel industry is desired.
Advanced working knowledge of the Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
A high degree of numeracy with great Excel & Google Analytics (GA4) knowledge.
Strong forecasting ability in paid search/media.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion journeys.
Demonstrable record of achieving paid search KPI’s in line with the wider business strategy.
Strong data analysis skills with a high attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with a wide range of people across all levels.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine desire to achieve results, both personally and as part of a successful team.
Ability to manage budgets effectively.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
